Problem-Led, Not Solution-Led
We begin with your business problem, not our service catalogue. If the problem does not warrant an intervention, or requires capability we do not have, we will say so.

Hypothesis-Driven
We form a clear hypothesis early, about what is happening, why, and what would need to change, and test it against evidence. We will tell you what we think, even when the picture is incomplete.

Diagnostics are triangulated, quantitative data, qualitative interviews, observational evidence, so findings are robust enough to withstand scrutiny from a sceptical leadership team.

Solutions designed in a consulting office fail on contact with reality. Co-creation builds ownership, the single strongest predictor of whether a recommendation is adopted.
